We’ve been sending some important service emails over the past few months and noticed that we can’t get through to some customers.  Please, please don’t forget to accept emails via your ‘postmaster@’ email address so we can keep you up to date.

We’ll try and contact you using the preferred email address that you used when you signed up to Demon, but if for some reason we don’t have an email address for you or can’t get through on the one we have, then we’ll send notices to ‘postmaster@example.demon.co.uk’ where ‘example’ is your hostname.
